SPECIAL FIRST MDS Individual Totality Breathwork Activation

Active Dynamic breathwork is a practice that we are continuously breathing for a period of time. Using a pattern of breath that is designed to access stored emotions that are dwelling in the body. Through this journey of breath we are able to release the stories and emotions by dropping into our bodies and letting go of the mind. We start with deep grounding breaths and we end with the same so we can process and feel what came up during the active portion. We will have journal prompts at the end so we can really release what we need to here together. Breathwork journeys online are just as powerful as in person. I personally love doing this style journey with support of a practitioner but in the comfort of my home or bed. Please join us for this activation as there is so much power in breathing together
