About the event
During this 90 min sound and movement journey we will drop into a community circle with our cannabis gift from our sponsor, such as infused pre rolls, gummies, beverages and tinctures. We will move through a gentle yoga practice to release areas notorious for holding tension while being bathed in sound healing frequencies ending in an extended Savasana soundbath.

The energy exchange is $45 for the gathering you can pay ahead here or pay at the door.
The PAY AT DOOR option says $5 so you can preregister but please note that it is $35 when you arrive.
